There shall be appointed a University Librarian by the Vice-Chancellir with the approval
of the Board.
The Librarian shall deal with all the matters concering university librarian including the
purchase,cataloguing and maintenance of books,journals, periodicals,reports,etc.
The Librarian shall be responsible for the operation of the university librarian and shall
work under the control of the Vice-Chancellor.
The salary,allowances and other condition of service of the Librarian shall may be specified
in the ordiance of the University.
