 There shall be an Academic Council of the University shall be in-charge of the Academic affairs
of the University and shall,subject to the provision of this act and status,
supervise,control and ragulate the standards of instruction and examination
in the University and all matter connected with education,training and
research. |
| The Academic Council of the University shall be constitued in accordance
with the provision of the status. |
| The Academic council shall consist of such members,exercise such powers
and perform such functoin as described. |
| The Vice-Chancellor shall,as soon as may be after the appointed day,order
the constitution of the Board of Management in accordance with the provision
of the status. |
| The Board shall consist of such members,exercise such power and perform
function. |
| There shall be such number of Boards of studies as may be determined by the status. |
| A Board of studies shall be constitued in the manner,consist of such members ,exercise such
power and perform such functions as described. |
